How long do I have to wait for my order?

Some rugs might be in stock, we'll ship them within 3 days.

Usually, all rugs are made to order.
Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery depending on the rug size.

 

How do I clean the rug?

The Kubel Design rugs are hand knitted from 100% recycled cotton.

They can be vacuumed with vacuum cleaners. Do not vacuum using a brush nozzle or rotating brush. 
Small rugs can be washed in the washing machine (Cotton mode, 40 degrees), dried in the drying machine or on a horizontal surface.
Local dirt can be removed with warm soapy water and a sponge.
We do not recommend the use of chemical based cleaners.
Professional cleaning is advisable once a year.

Can I return the order?

Yes, we offer a free return within 30 days of delivery.
Once an item is delivered to us in the same condition as it was shipped, you will receive a full refund for your order.
